Użytkownik Project Weight Drop może w każdej chwili poprosić o trwałe usunięcie konta i danych powiązanych z adresem e-mail.
Dokument otwarty z aplikacji. Po zakończeniu zamknij tę kartę i wróć do Project Weight Drop.
W aplikacji Android lub internetowej
Otwórz Profil, wybierz „Trwale usuń konto i dane”, wpisz DELETE i potwierdź. Operacja jest nieodwracalna.
Bez dostępu do aplikacji
Wyślij wiadomość z adresu użytego do rejestracji. W treści wpisz adres konta i prośbę o usunięcie.

Co zostanie usunięte
Konto logowania, profil, plany żywieniowe, dziennik posiłków, zapisane pomiary i postępy, dane bezpieczeństwa, ustawienia, rozmowy Coacha, wiadomości wsparcia oraz inne dane przypisane do konta, z wyjątkiem danych, które musimy zachować przez okres wymagany prawem lub w celu rozliczeń, bezpieczeństwa i zapobiegania nadużyciom.
Termin
Zweryfikujemy właściciela konta i zrealizujemy żądanie bez zbędnej zwłoki, co do zasady nie później niż w ciągu miesiąca. Subskrypcję Google Play należy anulować osobno w ustawieniach Google Play.

Delete your account and data
A Project Weight Drop user may request permanent deletion of their account and the data associated with their email address at any time.
Document opened from the app. When you have finished, close this tab and return to Project Weight Drop.
In the Android or web app
Open Profile, select “Permanently delete account and data”, enter DELETE and confirm. This action cannot be undone.
Without access to the app
Send a message from the email address used to register. Include the account address and your deletion request in the message.

What will be deleted
The sign-in account, profile, nutrition plans, meal diary, saved measurements and progress, safety data, settings, Coach conversations, support messages and other data assigned to the account will be deleted, except for data we must retain for the period required by law or for billing, security and abuse prevention.
Time frame
We will verify the account owner and fulfil the request without undue delay, generally no later than within one month. A Google Play subscription must be cancelled separately in Google Play settings.

Ein Nutzer von Project Weight Drop kann jederzeit die dauerhafte Löschung seines Kontos und der mit seiner E-Mail-Adresse verknüpften Daten verlangen.
Dieses Dokument wurde aus der App geöffnet. Schließe danach diesen Tab und kehre zu Project Weight Drop zurück.
In der Android- oder Web-App
Öffne das Profil, wähle „Konto und Daten dauerhaft löschen“, gib DELETE ein und bestätige. Dieser Vorgang kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden.
Ohne Zugriff auf die App
Sende eine Nachricht von der E-Mail-Adresse, die für die Registrierung verwendet wurde. Gib in der Nachricht die Adresse des Kontos und die Bitte um Löschung an.

Was gelöscht wird
Gelöscht werden das Anmeldekonto, das Profil, Ernährungspläne, das Mahlzeitentagebuch, gespeicherte Messwerte und Fortschritte, Sicherheitsdaten, Einstellungen, Coach-Gespräche, Supportnachrichten und andere dem Konto zugeordnete Daten. Ausgenommen sind Daten, die wir für den gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Zeitraum oder für Abrechnung, Sicherheit und Missbrauchsprävention aufbewahren müssen.
Frist
Wir prüfen den Kontoinhaber und erfüllen den Antrag unverzüglich, grundsätzlich spätestens innerhalb eines Monats. Ein Google-Play-Abonnement muss separat in den Google-Play-Einstellungen gekündigt werden.
